Gentleman,
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to a great friend of mine and someone that I have tremendous respect for personally and professionally, Oliver Francescatti. In my short summary to follow I will not be able to give Oliver's character or development experience justice, but in the past 12 years Oliver has been very influential in my life. He's been an employee, a friend, a roommate, a confidant, and someone who's work ethic and commitment to personal development I use as a model on how to approach my life. Moreover, I believe he is a perfect cultural fit for a group of people at Orbit that I feel I've gotten to know well, both professionally and personally, over the past couple years.
I certainly don't want to steal Oliver's thunder, but he recently graduated from Development Boot camp. A 9 week, 100 hour a week, course learning Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and SQL. Instruction was given with an emphasis on team work through pair programming with classmates and instructors.
Long story short, if you are in the market to add a talented, self-driven professional who knows what it takes to work as a member of a team and get the job done, and could be a perfect culture fit; Oliver is a great development candidate to meet with.
I've included a link to his website below…http://oliverfrancescatti.com/
Please know that, much like the testimonials I provide for you, I don't put my name behind a company or individual unless I'm 100% confident in that company or individual. As easy as it is to write on behalf of you, it's easier to write on behalf of Oliver! Even if you're not looking for a developer currently, I would recommend meeting with Oliver for any opportunity down the road. From what I know of his drive, talent and character he is someone that is going to bring a ton of value to any organization he joins.
Sincerely, Ken
I think these 3 sayings I live by sum it up -
I am energetic, intense, determined, and focused. I am excited to step into a new role and prove my ability to absorb new concepts and techniques quickly and thoroughly. I am a team player and believe I can contribute immediately to your team with my abundant energy, curiosity and desire to learn. Here are testimonials that back up everything I have said so far, and references are available upon request.
It's a long story. Why don't you check out my resume, visit my blog, or email me and we can talk about it. That being said, I am incredibly happy for every struggle and joy I have ever faced because that is what has made me who I am today.
